The Kindergarten program at Crossing Borders was exactly what we wanted for our son. The class size was small and the curriculum allowed each child to advance at their own pace. His Spanish skills and his confidence both advanced so much in just one year.
When the school closed due to COVID19 they provided the most comprehensive online learning program I'm aware of. And when they reopened it was only after ensuring they could make the environment as safe as necessary for the students.
Our whole family will miss Miss Areli and the entire CB staff.

My son has attended CBG since he was 18 months and we are very pleased with the academic and cultural learnings he has obtained throughout the years. My husband and myself are both English only speakers and initially we were concerned our son may not grasp the bilingual and biliterate concepts with non Spanish speaking parents. However we now know it played no significant part in his development. This academic year we were fortunate enough to continue his learning at CBG since they have added a Kindergarten class. I really appreciate the smaller student:teacher ratios and learning methodology which affords each student the opportunity to learn at their own pace. CBG program has helped my son learn to read, write and speak in both languages. As I mentioned in a video review, I am very happy with the Crossingboarders international preschool.
Both my daughters have been there for more than one year. They are happy to go to school, and we completely trust the school will take care of my kids.
In fact, it is much more beyond taking care. My older daughter gets a lot of group practice in the kindergarten, which is exactly what she needs to build her social skills. All her classmates help each other. That is wonderful!
My younger daughter learned potty training much earlier than we had anticipated, and it was started in the school. All we did was to team up with the school, and it is hard to believe that she made it without us spending too much effort.
The school is very diverse. Everyone is friendly, and kids with different backgrounds all feel comfortable. This school also has a big shaded outdoor playground, which is very nice in Texas summer
